Product Description
Electropolished Stainless Steel Tubing is used for biotechnology, semiconductor and in pharmaceutical applications. The finishing of electroplating has different standards for use in different applications. These applications require medium range of finish. Electropolishing is a process through with the absolute roughness of the Electropolished Stainless Steel Pipe is reduced. This makes the pipes more accurate in dimensions and the Ep Pipe can be installed with accuracy in sensitive systems like the pharmaceutical industrial applications. There are different materials that could be electropolished.The SS 304 Electropolished Pipes are the most cost effective of the electropolished materials because of the wide usage and surplus of supply. SHREE METAL is a manufacturer and supplier of Stainless Steel 316l Electropolished Tubes as well. The 316 material is more corrosion resistant than the 304 material and therefore it is used in applications that are prone to corrosion risk. The High Purity Ep Tubing allows the pipes to be cleaner on the surfaces. This enables the Electro Polished SS Pipes to retain less contaminant on the surface. The A270 Polish Pipe is used in sanitary service lines whereas the A269 Polished Pipe is used in processing under acidic conditions. The A249 Polished Steel Pipe is used in heat exchangers, condenser and in super heaters. There are also the Inner Polished Pipes which have the internal surfaces polished. There are different finishes such as the Ba Finish Stainless Steel Pipe. Different mechanical methods can also be used to polish the pipes as in the case of No 4 Brushed Finish Stainless Steel Pipe.
